Employment Ontario is a service funded by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities to help employers and job seekers. The purpose of our services is to help those who are out of school and unemployed to find and keep a job.

Our services

We encourage employers to hire and provide training for unemployed individuals. Let us help you with the challenge of finding and retaining candidates.

Here are the benefits of participating:

  • Available locations to conduct interviews, information session and job fairs;
  • Training incentive available, up to $ 10,000 in government support per person for training costs. (Canada-Ontario Job Grant)

Employment Ontario is a FREE SERVICE!

To access services, employers must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a registered business in the province of Ontario;
  • Have a 3rd party liability insurance and accident insurance policy in place (WSIB).
